Whit Manley would conti.nue to be the lead in advising the 'I'eam on compliance,adequacy and processing issues related to CEQA and NEPA(as applicable). • Envi�ronmental consulting will continue to be handled by Merritt-Smith Consulting under this contract. Dave Smith would be assist in provicl,ing advisory services on CEQA/NEP�issues,review,communication strategtes and process. , Consulting and advisory services related to coordination with the City,review and analysis of relevant City policies and direction,and on-going peer review as it relates to the Saltworks development proposal and C�QA process w3ll be handled by Valerie Young under this contract. � Txansportation consulting and adviso�y services will be provided by Fehr and Peers for the development review portion under this contract.Robert Eckols will be the lead in providtng review,feedback and technical expertise for the City. e Expert Iegal assistance with regard to the water exchange proposed in dze application will be handled by a as af yet identified firm.Budget has been set aside in the SOV for this consultan� + Cornmunication will continue to be provided b�r Data Instincts under seFaza e c�ntract, led bp Mark Millan.They would be responsible for organizing and implementing the communication strategy for the overall environmental review process. � Envu:onmental consultirig will continue to bc handled by Hauge Brueck Associates under se�arare�ontract.
