<br />5. Based on the selected cooling concept we will provide the detailed design in <br />AutoCAD fOlmat suitable for bidding and construction. <br />6. Provide Title 24 calculation as needed for selected AC equipment. <br />7. Participate one kick-off meeting, one concept presentation nleeting, one meeting for <br />, final design, and one field trip for bidding. <br />8. Provide construction administration services by answering RFls, review shop drawing <br />submittals, and one field trip toward the end of consuuction. <br /> <br />We anticipate that the project design could be completed within four (4) upon authorization <br />to proceed. <br /> <br />We also assume that the City will provide us, within reasonable time, the as-build drawings <br />of this area and the measured electrical load data for existing AudioNisual equipment in <br />operation. <br /> <br />Comnensation <br /> <br />The proposed fixed price compensation for different packages is presented as follows: <br /> <br />Review Exist.
