<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:l/2/70 <br /> <br />ORIG1N,l\L <br /> <br />JAN 5 "II) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />--'al& <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT RELATING TO INSTALLATION, CON- <br />STRUCTION AND t1AINTEN.llliCE OF VEHICULAR DRIVEWAY <br />AND/OR PARKING ,Lorr SURFACES ON CITY-OWNED EASEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Land Development and Investment Company, a California <br /> <br />corporation, as owner of Lots 10 and 11, Broadway No. 3 Subdivision, <br /> <br />has requested permission to install, construct and maintain <br /> <br />vehicular driveway and/or parking lot surfaces on a City-owned <br /> <br />easement in the vicinity of the aforesaid Lots 10 and 11, which <br /> <br />easement area is more particularly described and designated as <br /> <br /> <br />Parcels A and B in the attached revocabl~ permit~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said request and desires <br /> <br />to authorize the issuance of a revocable permi.t for installation, <br /> <br />cons,truction ,and maintenance of the aforesaid vehicular drivev!ay <br /> <br />and/or parking lot surfaces, subject to certain terms and conditions; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREF'ORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIJJ OF THE CITY OF RED~vOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain revocable permit entitled "Revocable Permit <br /> <br />. ' <br /> <br />(Vicinity of Lots 10 and 11, Broadvvay No. 3 Subdivision) t II on <br /> <br />file with the City Clerk, and in the form attached hereto, end <br /> <br />designated IIExhibit A" hereof, is hereby approved, and, subject <br /> <br />to the provisions of paragraph 2 hereof, the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized to issue said permit, and to cause said permit <br /> <br />to be executed and recorded. <br /> <br />2. The permit approved and authorized in paragraph 1 hereof <br /> <br />shall not be issued, executed, or recorded until such time as <br /> <br />the City has conv~yed to the above mentioned Land Development <br /> <br />and Investment Company a fee interest in Parcel A, as said parcel <br /> <br />is described in IIExhibit A" hereof, retaining therein an easement <br /> <br />interest for storm drainage purposes, and has received full <br /> <br />consideration for said conveyance. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
