REVOCABLE PERMIT (Vicinity of Lots 10 and 11, Broadway No. 3 Subdivision) Pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. of the Council of the City of Redwood city, adopted 1970, permission is hereby granted to LAND DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT COMPANY, a California corporation (hereinafter called "Permittee"), as owner of the following described real property: All that certain real property situate in the city of Redwood city, County of San Mateo, state of California, more particularly described as follows: Lots 10 and 11 of Block.2 as designated on that map entitled "Brqadway No.3," recorded September 27, 1945, in the office of the Recorder of San Ivlateo County, California, in Volume 24 of Maps at pages 65 and 66, 'fo uS,e for vehicular driveway and/or parking lot purposes the following described real property, in which the city owns and possesses an easement interest for storm drainage purposes: All that certain real property situate in the city of Redwood city, County of San Mateo, State of california, more parti.cularly described as follows: Parcel A A strip of land 9.16 feet wide',' the centerline of which is described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the northerly line of Broadway, distant thereon S. 860 281 54" W.. 235.11 feet from the intersection of said northerly line of Broadway with the northwesterly line of Chestnut Street; running thence N. 30 3110611 W. 100 feet to the sou therly line of a proposed alley parallel with and 100 feet north- erly from said line of Broadway.
