Permittee acknowledges and agrees that upon revocation of this permit Permittee shall, at its own cost and expense and upon request so to do by City, remove all said improvements or any portion thereof. 8. Permittee shall be responsible and liable for all damages to property or persons, including the injury or death or persons, due directly or indirectly to pennittee's construction and/or maintenance of said im!;)rovements, and the use permitted hereu.nder, and shall promptly pay any just claim therefor and shall hold the City of Redwood City, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, councilmen, agents, and employees, harmless from all suits, actions, damages or claims to which said City, Council, officers, boards, commissions, councilmen, agen'ts, or employees may be subject by reason of said construction and/or maintenance of said improvements or encroachments or use thereof permitted hereunder. 9. 'Permittee shall secure, carry and maintain at all times during' the term of this revocable permit, at Permittee's sole cost and expense, public liability and property damage insurance, which insurance shall be in t~e following minimum amounts: (a) $300,000 for injury or death of anyone person and $500,000 for anyone occurrence.
