'1'1 RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL SmvER CONNECTION PEID1IT TO PREMISES SITUATE OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS PURSUANT TO SECTION 27.21.1 OF THE CITY CODE; AND STATING CONDITIONS THEREOF AND FEES THEREFOR (ROYER) WHEREAS, the ovmers of the hereinafter described real property situate on portions of Lots 1 and 2 of Block 19, Oak Knoll Manor Subdivision, in the County of San Mateo and outside of the corporate limits of the City of Redwood City, have applied to the . City fer a permit to connect to the Redwood City sewer system; and HHEREAS, pUrS1.lant to Resolution No. 5808, adopted October 21, 1968, and entitled "Resolution Granting Conditional Sewer Connection pennit to Premises situate Outside 'city Limits Pursuant to Section 27.21.1 of the City Code; and Stating Conditions Thereof and Fees rrherefor (Thieme), II the owners (and applicants herein) of the hereinafter described real property have, as _successo):"s in interest to the real property described in said Resolution No. 5808, succeeded to the use of two of the sewer connections pel~itted under said Resolution No. 5808; and 'NHEREAS,. the said a.pplicants herein now propose to resubdivide that portion of the real property described in said Resolution No. 5808 w~ich said applicants represents they now own from two into four building lots; and WHEREAS, said proposed.resubdivision is now pending before the appropriate boards or commissions of the County of San Mateo; and WHEREAS, said applicants, in connection with the afore- mentioned proposed resubdivisions, request the granting of permission for two sewer connections in addition to those two connections to which they have succeeded. under the aforementioned Resolution No. 5808; and
