<br />r <br />I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in support of said application, said applicants <br /> <br />have established exceptional and extraordinary conditions affecting <br /> <br />the ~ubject property and affecting the public health and safety: <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has ,received evidence indicating the <br /> <br />existence of and has found that exceptional and extraordinary <br /> <br />circumstances affecting the hereinafter described real property <br /> <br />and affecting the public health and safety exist, which circumstances <br /> <br />require the granting of a sewer connection permit to the subject <br /> <br />property; <br /> <br />NOW,' : THEREF ORE; . <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Based upon the above mentioned finding of exceptional <br /> <br />and extraordinary circumstances relating to the subj~ct application, <br /> <br />a sewer connection permit is hereby granted to connect the herein- <br /> <br />after described real property to the Redwood City sewer system <br /> <br />pursuant to section 27.21.1 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City subject the conditions hereinafter stated. <br />2. The permit granted herein shall be, and is, subject to <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />the following fees, terms, and conditions: <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />( c) <br /> <br />The permission granted shall be for a maximum of two <br />sewer connections serving the hereinafter described <br />real property, and shall be limited to serving a <br />maximum of two single family residences, and further, <br />said connections shall be completed within one year <br />from the date of acceptance hereof. <br /> <br />This permission is granted subject to-compliance with <br />all such provisions of the above mentioned Resolution <br />No. 5808 as ~re applicable to the hereinafter described <br />property to which said applicants are successors in <br />interest. <br /> <br />The permission granted herein is conditional upon the <br />completion of subdivision proceedings of the hereinafter <br />described real property, and is further conditional <br />upon subdivision of the said 'property substantially <br />in the manner hereinafter shown in the description of <br />said property. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
