<br />r <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(d) The permission granted herein shall be, and is, subject <br />to all of the provisions of Chapter 27 of the Code of <br />the City of Redwood city relating to sewers, sewerage <br />disposal and drainage, and all other applicable <br />resolutions and ordinances of the City of Redwood City. <br />The owners of the hereinafter described real property <br />shall pay such sewer connection charges as would be <br />applicable were said property located within Sewer <br />Service Area A of the City of Redwood City, and such <br />sewer rental fees as are established for premises <br />situate in Sewer Service Area C. <br /> <br />(e) Applicants shall furnish to the City proof of ownership <br />in form satisfactory to the City prior to acceptance <br />by the owners hereof. <br /> <br />(f) Prior to connection to the Redwood City sewer system <br />permitted hereunder, the applicants shall deposit with <br />the City of Rem100d City the sum of $500 for each lot <br />or parcel (not to exceed two such lots or parcels) <br />created by the above mentioned proposed subdivision. <br />It is understood that, in the terms and conditions to <br />which applicants have succeeded under the above mentioned <br />Resolution No. 5808, is included the requirement for <br />the deposit of $500 for such lots or parcels (not to <br />exceed two such lots or parcels) as applicants acquired <br />from, or succeeded in interest to, the owners and <br />applicants of the property described in said Resolution <br />No. 5808. <br /> <br />The condition of the aforementioned deposit or deposits <br />is that such sum shall be refunded to the applicants, <br />their heirs, or successors in interest, in the event <br />that the parcel or parcels (created by the above <br />mentioned proposed subdivision) to which such deposit <br />is applied is annexed to the City of Redwood City <br />within two years from the date of adoption of this <br />resolu tion . <br /> <br />(g) Applicants understand and acknowledge that in order <br />for the hereinafter described real property to be <br />annexed to the city of Redwood City certain events <br />must first occur (including approval of such annexa- <br />tion by the Local Agency Formation Commission), which <br />events are not under the control of either applicants <br />or the City of Redwood city. In the event, however, <br />that it is legally possible for applicants to annex <br />said property to the City of Redwood city, applicants, <br />or their heirs or successors shall immediately initiate <br />proceedings for such annexation and shall execute a <br />request for annexation and standard form of consent <br />to taxation. <br /> <br />3.
