<br />r <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />All that certain real property situate in the County <br />of San Mateo, state of California, described as follows: <br /> <br />A portion of Lots 1 and 2, Block 19, as designated on <br />the map entitled "Oak Knoll Manorl Redwood City, II which <br />map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the <br />County of San Mateo, state of California, on May 10, <br />1916, in Book lO of Maps at pqges 4 through ll; and <br />shown as Parcels "A", "B" i' If C", and "D" on the plat <br />attached hereto, marked Exhibit A and incorporated <br />herein by this reference. <br /> <br />4. The permit granted herein shall not be effective until <br /> <br />such time as the owners of the above described property accept <br /> <br />the terms and conditions hereof on behalf of themselves and <br /> <br />their successors in interest to said property and the conditions <br /> <br />set forth in subparagraphs (c~, (d), (e), (f), and such provisions <br /> <br />of subparagraph (b) as are applicable, have been complied with. <br /> <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a copy of <br /> <br />this resolution to be recorded after acceptance by the applicants, . <br /> <br />and after recordation of the map of the proposed sub~ivision <br /> <br />hereinabove referred to.
