This permit is temporary in nature, does not constitute a <br /> <br />deed or gr.ant of easement, i.s not transferable or assignable, and <br /> <br />may be revoked without cause at any time at the will of the Council <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City, effective immediately upon giving notice <br /> <br />of such revocation to Permittee; said notice shall be effective <br /> <br />if delivered to the subject premises at 2108 Roosevelt Avenue. <br /> <br />2.
