Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br />for the above mentioned work, other than the bid mentioned in <br />paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br />3. Any informality in the above mentioned bid of steiny <br />and Mitchel, Inc., is hereby waived. <br />4. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br />that certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated ll/2l/69), <br />between the City of Redwood city and Steiny and Mitchel, Inc., <br />for the performance of said work in accordance with the above <br />mentioned plans and specifications and in accordance with the <br />above mentioned proposal, a copy of which agreement is presently <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br />is hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and <br />conditions thereof. <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br />upon execution by it of the contract for the performance of said <br />work, all security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon <br />award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
