<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />3. Any informality in the above mentioned bid of Bragato <br />Paving Co. is hereby waived. <br />4. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br />that certain agreement entitled "Agreement, Redwood City General <br />Improvement District No. 1-64 - 1969-1970 Dewatering Program" <br />between the City of Redwood City and Bragato Paving Co., for the <br />performance o~ said work i~ accordance with the above mentioned <br />plans and specifications and in accordance with the above mentioned <br />proposal, a copy of which agreement is presently on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br />for full particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br />upon execution by it of the contract for the performance of said <br />work, all security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon <br />award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
