Permittee shall be responsible and liable for all <br /> <br />damages to persons or property, including the injury or death <br /> <br />of persons, due directly or indirectly to Permittee's construction <br /> <br />and/or maintenance of the" said improvements, and the use permitted <br /> <br />hereunder, and shall promptly pay any just claim therefor and <br /> <br />shall" hold the City of Redwood City, its Council, officers, boards, <br /> <br />commissions, councilmen, agents and employees, harmless from all <br /> <br />suits; actions, damages, or claims to which said City may be <br /> <br />subjected by reason of said construction and/or maintenance of <br /> <br />said improvements or encroachment" or use thereof permitted <br /> <br />hereunder. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />10. Permittee shall secure, carry and maintain at all <br /> <br />times during the period covered by this revocable permit, at <br /> <br />Permittee's sole cost and expense, public liability and property <br /> <br /> <br />damage insurance, which insurance shall be in the following <br /> <br />minimum amounts: <br /> <br />(a) $300,000 for injury or death of anyone person and <br />$500,000 for anyone occurrence. <br /> <br />(b) Proper~y damage insurance in the amount of $100,000. <br /> <br />-3- <br />
