<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />A. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />1. Internet connectivity: <br />ECSMC will connect to the internet through existing RWC Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide <br />Area Network (WAN) connections. RWC will keep the these connections operational, to the <br />best of its ability, during normal business hours, Defined as Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. <br />through 5:00 p.m. except the following currently recognized RWC holidays (calendar dates vary <br />depending on the year): <br /> <br />., New Year's Day <br />. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day <br />. Presidents Day <br />. Memorial Day <br />e 4th of July <br />. Labor Day <br />. Veterans Day <br />. Thanksgiving Day <br />. Thanksgiving Friday <br />. Christmas Eve <br />. Christmas Day <br />. New Year's Eve <br /> <br />Disruptions to service during non normal business hours will be handled as best effort, and <br />be dependent upon RWC IT staff availability. As ECSMC will be connecting to the internet <br />over the RWC LANIWAN, any disruption of service to ECSMC will more than likely be <br />affecting RWC operations as well, thus will be a high priority to repair. <br />2. Virus Protection: <br /> <br />ECSMC will install and keep current an anti-virus on any computers connected. If ECSMC <br />does not have an anti-virus application, RWC will install the same virus protection software, <br />currently A VG, used throughout RWC on ECSMC computers. Updates will be set to automatic <br />so that ECSMC PCs will be protected to the best of the virus protector's ability.
