Monthly compensation is based on the following table, where nn = number of <br />PCs: <br /> <br />$25: nn ~ 5 <br />$50: 5 < nn ~ 10 <br />$75: 10 < nn ~ 20 <br />$100: 20 < nn <br /> <br />ECSMC has less than 5 PCs; thus the initial monthly cost is $25. Terms of Payment. RWC shall invoice, on the first of each month, in arrears, for internet <br />services during the previous month. <br />3. Charges for other services and special projects: RWC IT staff is available, upon request, <br />for special projects and normal PC support. Rates will be based on the active fiscal year rates, <br />currently $138.43 during fiscal year 201 0-11 (July 1, 2010 through June 30,2011). Invoicing for <br />special projects or services will be in the month following the completion of the requested <br />service or incurred expense or at the end of the fiscal year at RWC discretion. <br /> <br />C. REQUESTING SUPPORT <br />Requests for support can be made using one of the following methods: <br /> <br />1.
