<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:ll/lO/69 <br /> <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT <br /> <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. <br /> <br />adopted <br /> <br />, 19___, by the Council of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, permission is hereby granted to the Inter-Service <br /> <br />Club Council, an unincorporated association, hereinafter called <br /> <br />"Permittee" to place and install a sign display designating <br /> <br />service clubs engaged in civic activities in the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, within the following described property or premises of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, hereinafter called "City," to wit: <br /> <br />That certain traffic island located in the vicinity of <br />the northwesterly corner of the intersection of Claremont <br />Avenue with El Camino Real in the City of Redwood City, <br />County of San Mateo, State of California; the approx- <br />imate area within which said sign may be installed <br />hereunder is as shown on that plat marked "Exhibit A," <br />attached hereto, and by this reference incorporated <br />herein. <br /> <br />This permit is granted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />l. This permit shall not become effective until receipt <br /> <br />by the City of Redwood City of a copy hereof with a properly <br /> <br />signed endorsement accepting the permit subject to the conditions <br /> <br />contained herein. <br /> <br />2. The permission granted herein is revocable at any time <br /> <br />at the will of the Council of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />shall not be deemed to constitute a deed, grant of easement, or <br /> <br />conveyance or transfer of any property interest by the city. <br /> <br />This permission is not transferable or assignable. <br /> <br />3. The use of said property by said ?ermittee shall be <br /> <br />limited solely to the purposes set forth by this permit and no <br /> <br />structures of any kind, except the sign expressly permitted, <br /> <br />shall be erected or placed on said property. <br /> <br />4. Prior to the construction and installation of the sign <br /> <br />permitted herein, Permittee shall apply for a sign permit to <br />
