The precise location and the manner of installation and construction of the sign shall be subject to the approval of city's Director of Public Works. 6. The sign permitted hereunder shall be constructed and installed at Permittee's own cost and expense and shall be repaired and maintained in such manner as to provide a neat, orderly and clean appearance, likewise, at Permittee's own cost and expense. Cost of removal of the sign for whatever cause shall be borne by Permittee. 7. Permittee hereby waives, releases, remises and forever discharges the City of Redwood City, its Council, boards, commissions, officers, agents and/or employees from any and all loss, damage, injury or claims of any kind, nature, or character whatsoever arising out of Permittee's use of city's property hereinabove described. Permittee hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Redwood City, its Council, boards, commissions, officers, agents and/or employees from any and all claims, losses, damage or liability, or allegations thereof, including bodily injury or death resulting therefrom, and damage to property, including the loss of use thereof, which injury, death, or damage results, or is alleged to have resulted from, permittee's use or occupancy of city's property described hereinabove. -2-
