<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />that certain agreement entitled "Agreement" by and between the <br />City of Redwood City and Galbraith Construction Co., Inc., for <br />the performance of said work in accordance with the above <br />mentioned plans and specifications, a copy of which agreement <br />is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the <br />terms and conditions thereof. <br />4.
