<br />r/ <br /> <br />....., <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:IO/24/69 <br /> <br />ORiGINAL <br /> <br />rJC.l 27 "69 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />NO. 6/~). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF STRATEGIC CONSOLIDATION SEWERAGE <br />PLAN - STAGE 1, AND AUTHORIZING JOINT POWERS <br />AUTHORITY TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the Stage 1 Project of the strategic <br /> <br />Consolidation Sewerage Plan, consisting of project units No.1, <br /> <br />No.2, and No.3; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the joint powers authority created under agreement <br /> <br />dated June 26, 1969, by and between the City of Belmont, the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, and the City of San Carlos, has approved <br /> <br />said plans and specifications and requested this Council to <br /> <br />approve the same, and authorize said authority to call for bids <br /> <br />therefor; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said plans and specifica- <br /> <br />tions and desires to signify its approval thereof and authorize <br /> <br />the above mentioned joint powers authority to call for bids for <br /> <br />the construction of said improvements; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "strategic Consolidation <br /> <br />Sewerage Authority - San Mateo County, California, Plans for <br /> <br />the Construction of strategic Consolidation Sewerage Plan - <br /> <br />Project unit No.1" Pumping Plants," "Strategic Consolidation <br /> <br />Sewerage Authority - San Mateo County, California, plans for <br /> <br />the Construction of Strategic Consolidation Sewerage plan - <br /> <br />Project unit No.2, Outfall Force Main," and /lStrategic <br /> <br />Consolidation Sewerage Authority - San Mateo County, California, <br /> <br />plans for the Construction of strategic Consolidation Sewerage <br />
