<br />~t <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />/1 <br /> <br />plan - project Unit No.3, Submarine Outfall," and those certain <br />specifications entitled "Contract Documents and Specifications - <br />strategic Consolidation Sewerage plan - Project unit No. I - <br />Pumping Plants,lI /lContract Documents and Specifications - <br />strategic Consolidation Sewerage plan - Project Unit No. 2 - <br />Outfall Force Main," and "Contract Documents and Specifications - <br />strategic Consolidation SeweJ;"age ,..Plan-Project Unit No. 3 - <br />Submarine Outfall," prepared by the firm of Jenks and Adamson, <br />consulting sanitary and civil engineers, and on file in the <br />office of the Director of Public Works, are, and each of them <br />is, hereby approved. <br />2. The joint powers authority created pursuant to that <br />certain agreement entitled IIJoint Exercise of Powers Agreement <br />- City of Belmont, City of Redwood City and City of San Carlos," <br />and dated June 26, 1969, is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids in accordance with said agreement for the <br />construction of the above mentioned improvements, in accordance <br />with the plans and specifications therefor, said advertisement <br />to be in the fo~ of that certain notice to contractors set <br />forth in the,above mentioned specifications. <br />3.
