<br />j <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(c) That any cost to adjust existing high tension trans- <br />mission lines and appurtenances be done at no expense <br />to the City of Redwood City or to the General Improve- <br />ment District. <br /> <br />(d) That a letter be submitted prior to the filing of <br />pertinent final maps indicating that P.G.&E. has given <br />authorization to the construction of the waterway, <br />Islander Lane, and peninsula Parkway under their wires <br />and across their easement. <br /> <br />(e) That the block and lot numbers be revised in a manner <br />satisfactory to the Director of Public Works at the <br />final map stage. <br /> <br />(f) That the street names be finalized and reviewed by the <br />Planning Commission prior to the filing of final maps. <br /> <br />(g) That access to lots abutting on"all parkways, including <br />Steinberger Lane, Key Lane, and the initial 100 feet <br />of Davit Lane and Islander Lane, be restricted in <br />accordance with the "Policy on Access Control for <br />Redwood Shores Parkways" between the City of Redwood <br />City and Leslie Properties, Inc., as approved by the <br />Planning Commission, prior to the submission of any <br />final map. <br /> <br />(h) That the Steinberger Lane and Key Lane entrances be <br />modified as follows: That they have a free right turn <br />lane both onto the parkway and off of it: that there <br />be traffic control devices as required on the minor <br />streets emptying onto Key Lane and Steinberger Lane; <br />and that an access lane be added on the parkway. <br /> <br />(i) That all laws, codes, regulations, resolutions, <br />ordinances, and/or parts thereof, other than as <br />directly and expressly adjusted by the terms of the <br />exceptions granted herein, shall be strictly complied <br />with. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-3- <br />
