<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(b) This consent and waiver shall become effective upon <br />execution of acceptance thereof by the Lessee. <br /> <br />(c) This consent and waiver shall not be deemed or taken <br />as a waiver of any other term, condition, covenant, <br />or agreement contained in the above mentioned lease <br />agreement, nor of the strict and prompt performance <br />thereof by the Lessee, nor shall the granting of this <br />consent and waiver be deemed or taken as a future <br />consent or waiver in the event of revocation hereof. <br /> <br />2. All terms, conditions, covenants and agreements of the <br /> <br />Lease, except as modified in paragraph 1 hereof, shall remain, <br /> <br />and the same are, in full force and effect. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE <br />---------- <br /> <br />For and in consideration of the foregoing consent and waiver, <br /> <br />the Police Youth Club of Redwood City, California, Inc., as <br /> <br />Lessee under that certain lease agreement entitled "Lease Agree- <br /> <br />ment - Portion of Community Park," by and between the city of <br /> <br />Redwood City and said Police Youth Club, and made and entered <br /> <br />on March 14, 1963, hereby accepts said consent and waiver subject <br /> <br />to all of the terms and conditions thereof.
