<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.ORJGfN.Al' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />/" /S+ <br /> <br />OCT 20 '69 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS <br />AND OVERRULING PROTESTS <br /> <br />OAK KNOLL - CANYON LANE & VICINITY <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City did, on <br /> <br /> <br />September 22, 1969, pass and adopt Resolution of Intention No. <br /> <br /> <br />6107, declaring its intention to order the hereinafter described <br /> <br />work to be done and improvements to be made in said City of <br /> <br />Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Inten- <br /> <br /> <br />tion No. 6107, headed "NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT," were duly and <br /> <br />regularly posted along the line of said contemplated work and <br /> <br />improvements, and in front of all of the property liable to be <br /> <br />assessed therefor, in the time, form, manner and number as required <br /> <br />by law, as appears from the affidavit of J. LOUIS SCHERER, <br /> <br />Superintendent of Streets, Director of Public Works and City <br /> <br />Engineer of the City of Redwood City, on file in the office of the <br /> <br />Clerk of said City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears from the affidavit of HELEN C. MOORE, <br /> <br />Clerk of the City of Redwood City, that notices of the adoption of <br /> <br />the said resolution were mailed to all persons owning real property <br /> <br />proposed to be assessed for said improvement, in the time, form and <br /> <br />manner required by law, which affidavit is on file with the Clerk <br /> <br />of said City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears from the affidavit of MARJORIE L. PRINCE <br /> <br />that said Resolution of Intention was duly and regularly published <br /> <br />in the Redwood City Tribune, a newspaper published, printed and <br /> <br />circulated in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in and by said Resolution of Intention No. 6107 and <br /> <br />1. <br />
