. . .ORJGfN.Al' RESOLUTION NO. /" /S+ OCT 20 '69 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS AND OVERRULING PROTESTS OAK KNOLL - CANYON LANE & VICINITY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City did, on September 22, 1969, pass and adopt Resolution of Intention No. 6107, declaring its intention to order the hereinafter described work to be done and improvements to be made in said City of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Inten- tion No. 6107, headed "NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT," were duly and regularly posted along the line of said contemplated work and improvements, and in front of all of the property liable to be assessed therefor, in the time, form, manner and number as required by law, as appears from the affidavit of J. LOUIS SCHERER, Superintendent of Streets, Director of Public Works and City Engineer of the City of Redwood City, on file in the office of the Clerk of said City; and WHEREAS, it appears from the affidavit of HELEN C. MOORE, Clerk of the City of Redwood City, that notices of the adoption of the said resolution were mailed to all persons owning real property proposed to be assessed for said improvement, in the time, form and manner required by law, which affidavit is on file with the Clerk of said City of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, it appears from the affidavit of MARJORIE L. PRINCE that said Resolution of Intention was duly and regularly published in the Redwood City Tribune, a newspaper published, printed and circulated in the City of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, in and by said Resolution of Intention No. 6107 and 1.
