<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />the notices of the passage thereof posted, published and mailed <br />as aforesaid, said Council of the City of Redwood City fixed <br />Monday, October 20, 1969, at the hour of 7:30 P.M. of said day, <br />at the Board of Supervisors' Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, <br />Redwood City, California, as the day, hour and place when and where <br />any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work <br />and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No. <br />6107, or to the grades at which said work and improvements are to <br />be done and made, or to the district to be assessed for said work <br />and improvements, could appear before said Council and show cause <br />why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out <br />and done at the grades as shown on the plans, profiles and detailed <br />drawings referred to in said Resolution of Intention No. 6107 and <br />now on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood <br />City; and <br />WHEREAS, at the day, hour and place last above mentioned, <br />all objections, oral and written, to said work and improvements <br />described in said Resolution of Intention No. 6107, or to the ex- <br />tent of the district to be assessed therefor, were duly considered <br />by said Council; and <br />WHEREAS, all said objections were overruled and denied by <br />said Council; and <br />WHEREAS, said Council has acquired jurisdiction to order said <br />work and improvements; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY RESOLVES AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />1. Th~t the public convenience and necessity require, and <br />said Council hereby orders, all the work and improvements described <br />in Resolution of Intention No. 6107 passed and adopted by said <br />Council on September 22, 1969, to be performed. For further par- <br />ticulars as to the work and improvements herein ordered to be done <br /> <br />2. <br />
