. . the notices of the passage thereof posted, published and mailed as aforesaid, said Council of the City of Redwood City fixed Monday, October 20, 1969, at the hour of 7:30 P.M. of said day, at the Board of Supervisors' Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood City, California, as the day, hour and place when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No. 6107, or to the grades at which said work and improvements are to be done and made, or to the district to be assessed for said work and improvements, could appear before said Council and show cause why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out and done at the grades as shown on the plans, profiles and detailed drawings referred to in said Resolution of Intention No. 6107 and now on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, at the day, hour and place last above mentioned, all objections, oral and written, to said work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No. 6107, or to the ex- tent of the district to be assessed therefor, were duly considered by said Council; and WHEREAS, all said objections were overruled and denied by said Council; and WHEREAS, said Council has acquired jurisdiction to order said work and improvements; NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: 1. Th~t the public convenience and necessity require, and said Council hereby orders, all the work and improvements described in Resolution of Intention No. 6107 passed and adopted by said Council on September 22, 1969, to be performed.
