<br />r <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />that upon application therefor, the Council of the <br />City'of Redwood City may grant by resolution special <br />exceptions on such terms and for periods in excess of <br />the aforementioned ten days, as the Council may deem <br />appropriate in cases of emergency or unusual circum- <br />stances and without discrimination as to any person <br />or utility, to permit the erection, construction, <br />installation, maintenance, use and operation of poles <br />and overhead wires and associated overhead structures. <br /> <br />(i) Facilities exe~pted from the provisions of Article 4 <br />of Chapter 11 of the Code of the City of Redwood City <br />pursuant to section 11.46 of said Code. <br /> <br />6. Monday, November 3, 1969, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. (P.S.T.) <br /> <br />or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, and the Board <br /> <br />of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, 601 Marshall <br /> <br />street, City of Redwood City, California, are stated to be the <br /> <br />time and place for hearing of objections by persons interested <br /> <br />in the formation of the proposed district. At said hearing, the <br /> <br />Council of the City of Redwood City may make changes in the <br /> <br />district boundaries or the facilities to be placed underground <br /> <br />as provided by Article 4 of Chapter 11 of the Code of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />7.
