<br />-, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />may be, of woodside Road, and within the following <br />public rights of way included in the proposed district: <br />Cypress street, Murray Avenue, Central Avenue, Bonita <br />Avenue, Nueva Avenue, Orchard Avenue, Horgan Avenue, <br />Atherwood Avenue, Nimitz Avenue, Alexander Avenue, <br />Rutherford Avenue, San Carlos Avenue, Beresford Avenue, <br />Belmont Avenue, Sequoia Avenue, Santa Clara Avenue, <br />Santiago Avenue, Cerrito Avenue, Bonsen Court, <br />Carolina Avenue, Maryland Street, Kentucky Street, <br />'Massachusetts Avenue, Virginia Avenue, Valota Road, <br />Kentfield Avenue, Union Avenue, Gordon Street, Oxford <br />Avenue, Hudson Street, and Hess Road; provided, however, <br />that such poles, overhead wires and associated overhead <br />structures shall not be maintained, repaired, installed, <br />constructed, serviced, or replaced so as to increase <br />the size, capacity, dimensions, or number thereof. <br /> <br />(d) Poles, overhead wires and associated overhead <br />structures existing on the date of adoption of the <br />ordinance creating the proposed district and located <br />on or in the vicinity of individual rear real property <br />10t boundary lines included in the proposed district, <br />and located a distance of 90 feet or more, measured <br />at right angles, from the easterly or westerly <br />boundaries, as the case may be, of Woodside Road; <br />provided, however, that such poles, overhead wires <br />and associated overhead structures shall not be <br />maintained, repaired, installed, constructed, serviced <br />or ~eplaced so as to increase the size, capacity, <br />dimensions, or number thereof. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />Those certain three poles and associated overhead <br />wires and associated overhead structures located at <br />the fol10wing places within the proposed district: <br />(1) in the vicinity of the northwesterly corner of <br />the intersection of Woodside Road with that certain <br />alley, the center line of which is located approximately <br />158 feet northerly of the intersection of Kentucky <br />street with Woodside Road; (2) in the vicinity of the <br />southerly boundary line of Lot 23 of Valota Park <br />Subdivision, recorded in Book 7 at page 34, Book of <br />Maps, in the office of the Recorder of the County of <br />San Mateo on October 5, 1910; and (3) in the vicinity <br />of the northwesterly corner of the intersection of <br />Woodside Road with Kentfield Avenue. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />(f) The following equipment appurtenant to underground <br />. facilities: Surface mounted transformers, pedestal <br />mounted ternlinal boxes and meter cabinets, and concealed <br />ducts. <br /> <br />(g) Temporary poles, overhead wires and associated overhead <br />structures used or to be used in conjunction with <br />construction projects. <br /> <br />(h) Emergency overhead facilities, which may be installed <br />and maintained for a period not to exceed ten days <br />without authority of the~Council of the City of <br />Redwood City in order to provide service incases of <br />emergency or unusual circumstances; provided, however, <br /> <br />-3- <br />
