R E S O L U T I O N <br />1 <br />CES:sh 05/30/90 <br />CES:mgl 06/ �90R <br />N 0. _1_ 1 _ 2k 5 <br />JUN - 4NIJU <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING A SCHEDULE FOR THE USE OF THE <br />VETERANS MEMORIAL BUILDING, AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION <br />NO. 9382 <br />WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Commission has recommended <br />the adoption by this Council of a revised schedule of fees for <br />the use of the Veterans Memorial Building; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council has determined that approval of such <br />revised schedule of fees for the Veterans Memorial Building would <br />be in the public interest and for the public benefit; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That the following schedule of fees for the use of the <br />Veterans Memorial Building the Group Activities, designations of <br />which correspond to designations and definitions therefor set <br />forth in the Rules and Regulations adopted by the Parks and <br />Recreation Commission for the use of the Community Activities <br />Building, to which reference is hereby made for the particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved and adopted. <br />a. Group I, II and III Activities: No charges. <br />b. Group IV and V Activities: (non - profit, community <br />service organizations). <br />(1) No charge during regular daily hours of operation. <br />A custodial fee will be charged at current salary <br />schedule for custodial help for hours other than <br />regular daily hours of operation (Friday evening, <br />Saturday and Sunday). <br />C. Group IV and V Fee Schedule: <br />(054/27) g f -/ 1 <br />(054/27) !/ <br />(1) Use of Sunset Room and /or Gold Star Room - Room <br />charge: $15.00 per hour. <br />
