CES:s 05139190 (054/27) <br />CES:m 1 06/';':/90R (054/27) <br />(2) Use of Redwood Room - Room charge: $25.00 per <br />hour. <br />(3) A $150.00 cleaning and maintenance deposit shall <br />be paid in advance of use of Sunset, Gold Star and <br />Redwood Rooms, and all or a portion of said <br />deposit may be refunded depending upon the amount <br />of work required to clean up or set up said <br />facilities. <br />(4) Use of Sunset, Gold Star and /or Redwood Rooms by <br />persons or organizations requires an additional <br />payment of forty percent (408) of the total rental <br />fee if such use is for the benefit of <br />non - residents of Redwood City. <br />(5) Use of Resource Center and Annex Rooms - Room <br />charge: $15.00 per hour. <br />d. Group VI, VII and VIII Activities: <br />(1) Use of Sunset or Gold Star Rooms, plus kitchen, <br />$150.00 for six hours or less. <br />(2) Use of Redwood Room, plus kitchen, $325.00 for six <br />hours or less. <br />(3) A $300.00 cleaning and maintenance deposit shall <br />be paid in advance, and all or a portion of said <br />deposit may be refunded depending upon the amount <br />of work required to clean up or set up said <br />facilities. <br />(4) Use of facilities by persons or organizations <br />requires an additional payment of a forty percent <br />(408) of the total rental fee if such use is for <br />the benefit of non - residents of Redwood City. <br />e. Group IV, V, VI, VII, and VIII Activities: All fees <br />and charges must be paid two weeks in advance of the <br />activity. <br />f. Little Theatre: <br />(1) Non - theatrical activities such as lectures, <br />conferences, seminars, and other one use <br />activities: <br />(a) Groups I, II, and III: No Charge. <br />(b) Groups IV and V: No charge during regular <br />daily hours of operation.
