<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />SEP 22 'W <br />OfilGINAL <br /> <br />California, has been and is hereby fixed as the day, hour and place <br /> <br />when and where any and all persons having any objections to the <br /> <br />proposed work and improvements described herein, or to the grade <br /> <br />to which said work and improvements are to be done and made, or to <br /> <br />the district proposed to be assessed for said work and improvements, <br /> <br />may appear before said Council of said City and show cause why <br /> <br />said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out and <br /> <br />done in accordance with this resolution of intention, or why said <br /> <br />work and improvements should not be carried out and done at the <br /> <br />grades shown on the plans, profiles, and detailed drawings referred <br /> <br />to herein, and for hearing any protests in relation to said <br /> <br />proposed improvemehts. <br /> <br />The REDWOOD CITY TRIBUNE, a daily (except Sunday) newspaper, <br /> <br />published, printed and circulated in said City of Redwood City, is <br /> <br /> <br />hereby designated by the Council of said City as the newspaper in <br /> <br />which to publish this resolution of intention as required by law, <br /> <br /> <br />and the Clerk of said City of Redwood City is hereby ordered and <br /> <br />directed to cause this resolution of intention to be published in <br /> <br />said newspaper, as required by law. <br /> <br />The street Superintendent of the City of Redwood City shall <br /> <br />cause notices of the passage of this resolution of intention to be <br /> <br />posted in the time, form, manner and number as required by law. <br /> <br />The Clerk of said City shall mail notices of the adoption of <br /> <br />this resolution of intention to all persons owning real property <br /> <br />proposed to be assessed, whose n&~es and addresses appear on the <br /> <br />last equalized assessment roll for said City taxes, prior thereto, <br /> <br />in the time, form and manner as required by law. <br /> <br />FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proposed boundaries of the Assess- <br /> <br />ment District to be assessed are as set forth in that certain <br /> <br />boundary map of said assessment district, prepared by the engineering <br /> <br />firm of Frahm, Edler & Associates and approved by the City Engineer <br />and Director of Public Works, and consisting of one (1) page, <br /> <br />7. <br />
