PREADER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 30.6 of the Code of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, the Planning Commission has recommended approval <br /> <br />of the application of the owners of the real property hereinafter <br /> <br />described for an exception to the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br /> <br />Code of the City of Redwood City to allow two lots to have less <br /> <br />than the minimum lot area size required by said Code for the <br /> <br />applicable zoning district; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property for which application for an exception <br /> <br />is made is that certain real property situate in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />260 Orchard Avenue, being the easterly one- <br />half of Lot 15, Lee Tract; Assessor's Parcel <br />No. 59-113-07; R-2 District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found and reported to <br /> <br />this Council that exceptional circumstances and conditions exist <br /> <br />which affect said property; that the exception applied for is <br /> <br />necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of substantial <br /> <br />property rights of petitioner; that the granting of said exception <br /> <br />will not be detrimental to the public welfare or be injurious to <br /> <br />other property in the neighborhood; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOE> CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
