Any informality in the aforementioned bid of Hood <br /> <br />Corporation is hereby waived. <br /> <br />4. Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />for the aforementioned work, other than the bid mentioned in <br /> <br />-paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br /> <br />5.
