J, tJ' f RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL SEWER CONNECTION PERMIT TO PREMISES SITUATE OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS, PURSUANT TO SECTION 27.21.1 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY: AND STATING CONDITIONS THEREOF AND FEES THEREFOR (M. T. , TREACY) WHEREAS, the owner{s} of the hereinafter described real property situate within Lot 3" Block' 204, Highlands of Emerald Lake subdivision No.2, in the County of San Mateo and outside the corporate limits 'of the City of Redwood City, has applied to the C~ty for a permit to connect to the Redwood City sewer system: and WHEREAS, in support. of said application, the applicant has established the existence of exceptional and extraordinary con- ditions affecting the subject property and affecting the public health and safety: and WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence indicating the existence of, and has found that exceptional and extraordinary circumstances affecting said property and affecting the public health and safety exist, which circumstances require the grant- ing of a sewer connection permit to serve t.he p'roperty in ques- tion: NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT RBSOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOVvS: ,1. Based upon the above mentioned finding of exceptional and extraordinary circumstances relating to the subject applica- tion, a sewer connection permit is hereby granted to connect the hereinafter described property to the Redwood City sewer system pursuant to Section 27.2l.l of the Code of the city of Redwood City, subject to the conditions stated herein. 2. The permit granted herein shall be subject to the follow- inif fees, terms, and conditions: (a) The permission granted shall be for one sewer connection serving one one-family residence.
