<br />, . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(b) The permit grant:ed herein shall be further subject <br />'to all of the provisions of Chapter 27 of the <br />Code of the City of Redwood City relating to <br />sewers, sewage disposal, and drainage, and all <br />other applicable resolutions and ordinances of <br />the City of Redwood city. The owner(s) of the <br />hereinafter de'scribed property shall pay such <br />sewer connection charges as would be applicable <br />to properties located within the City of Redwood <br />City and such sewer rental fees as are established <br />by the City for properties located outside of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />(c)' The appli~ant shall furnish the City proof of <br />ownership in form satisfactory to the City prior <br />to acceptance.by the owner(s) hereof. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(d) The applicant shall deposit with the City the sum <br />of $500, the condition of the deposit being that <br />it shall be refunded to the applicant in the event <br />applicant's hereinafter described property is <br />annexed to the City of ~edwood City within two <br />years from the date of adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br />(e) The applicant shall initiate proceedings for the <br />annexation of the hereinafter described real <br />property and shall execute a request for annexa- <br />tion and standard form of consent to taxation <br />prior to any sewer connection being made. Siid <br />executed request for annexation shall run with <br />the realty for which this permit is being issued: <br />and, this permit shall be null and void if any <br />or all of the realty described below for which <br />this permit is to serve is withdrawn from the <br />annexation procedures by the owner(s) thereof. <br /> <br />(f) This permit is to be effective for a period of <br />two years unless the facilities which this <br />permit contemplates have been completed or are <br />under actual and active construction at the end <br />of the two-year period. <br /> <br />3. The property hereinabove referred to.is more particularly <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />All that certain real property situate in <br />the County of San Mateo, State of California, <br />commonly known as 3715 Hamilton Way, and <br />particularly described as Lot 3, Block 204, <br />Highlands of Emerald Lake Subdivision No.2, <br />as shown on the attached map, Exhibit A. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
