<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />removing weeds, dirt, rubbish and rank growths from or abutting <br /> <br /> <br />each parcel of land from which said weeds, dirt, rubbish or rank <br /> <br /> <br />growths were removed, to hear which a public hearing has been held <br /> <br /> <br />this date in the manner specified by law, are hereby overruled. <br /> <br /> <br />2. That said report and proposed assessment list are hereby <br /> <br /> <br />confirmed and the cost of removing said weeds, dirt, rubbish and <br /> <br /> <br />rank growths from or abutting said parcels of land shall constitute <br /> <br /> <br />a lien on such parcels until paid. <br /> <br /> <br />3. That a copy of said report and assessment list and a <br /> <br /> <br />copy of this resolution shall be transmitted by the City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />to the County Assessor and the County Tax Collector for entry and <br /> <br /> <br />collection with the next tax roll upon which general municipal <br /> <br /> <br />taxes are collected and that, hereafter, such assessments shall <br /> <br /> <br />be collected at the same time and in the same manner as general City. <br /> <br /> <br />taxes are collected and shall be subject to the same interest and <br /> <br /> <br />penalties and the same procedure and s~le in case of delinquency. <br /> <br /> <br />4.
