FXS:d~ ~/02/92 (008/31) <br /> - FXS:d 1~/03/92R <br /> FXS:dmp 12/09/92R <br /> <br />675 Seaport Boulevard and commenced negotiating for a lease with <br />the Port for a 2.3 acre site at 700 Seaport Boulevard; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in November, 1989, an Initial Study was circulated <br />on the Project at the new site and the Port became the Lead Agency <br />on the Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in December, 1989, a Draft Subsequent EIR ("SEIR") <br />was published on the Project at the proposed new site; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in April, 1990, the Port certified the Final SEIR; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Seaport was formed in 1990 to continue the business <br />previously undertaken by RCSC; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in October, 1992, an Addendum to the EIR was <br />prepared in accordance with Section 15164 of the State CEQA <br />Guidelines, Code of California Regulations, Section 15000 et seq.; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Addendum to the EIR reviews the changes in the <br />Project and circumstances surrounding the Project since the 1990 <br />SEIR was published and describes the changes necessary to make the <br />1990 SEIR applicable to the Project as now proposed; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there is no material difference between the Project <br />described il the EIR and the Project proposed to be conducted <br />pursuant to the Lease Agreement for the relocated Project site; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Board has previously reviewed said EIR and <br />considered the information contained therein; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed the EIR Addendum and <br />considered the information contained therein; <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
