This Council further finds and declares that the findings contained in the aforesaid report of the Building Inspector are substantially correct and true. 2. The real property on which are located the above mentioned structures is all that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly described as follows: Lot 12 in Block 87 as shown on the map entitled "Map of the Eastern Addition of Redwood City," filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on November 3, 1862, in Book 2 of miscellaneous records at page 85 and copied into Book 1 of Maps at Page 81. 3. The owner of the real property described in paragraph 2 hereof is hereby directed to abate said nuisance within 30 days from the date of adoption of this resolution by having said building and structures properly reconstructed or repaired or by having the same vacated and removed. The Building Inspector is hereby directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution together with a copy of Article II of Chapter 9 of the Code of the City of Redwood City to the owner of the above described real property, the occupants thereof, and to such other persons as are known to have an interest in the subject property. 4. The Building Inspector is hereby directed to notify the owner of the real property described in paragraph 2 hereof, that if said nuisance is not abated, the building and structures located thereon shall be razed or removed by the Building Inspector, and the expense thereof made a lien on the land from which they were removed. * * * -2-
