O. foo4-5 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT PROTEST TO THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED AS "EDGEWOOD ROAD ANNEXATION NO. 2" HAS NOT BEEN, ~~E BY OWNERS OF ONE-HALF OF THE VALUE OF PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHIN SUCH TERRITORY AS SHO\'lN BY THE LAST EQUALIZED ASSESSMENT ROLL, NOR BY THE OWNERS OF ONE-HALF OF THE VALUE OF PRIVATELY AND PUBLICLY OWNED PROPERTY WITHIN SAID TERRITORY AS DETERMINED 'BY SAID COUNCIL BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, on the 9th day of June, 1969, the Council of the City of Redwood City adopted Resolution No. 6006 giving notice of, and declaring its intention to, initiate upon petition signed by the owners of not less than one fourth of the land in the territory proposed to be annexed by area and by assessed value as shown on the last equalized assessment roll of the County of San Mateo, the annexation to the City of Redwood City'ofthat certain territory designated as II EDGE'NOOD ROAD ANNEXATION NO. 2"; and WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence showing, and finds, that the proposal to annex sai.d territory, with description, was filed with the Local Agency Formation Commission and that said commission has prepared or caused to be prepared a report on said annexation, and that said commission has approved the annexation and its boundaries as required by law; and WHEREAS, this Council has further received evidence showing, and finds: (1) That said territory is situate immediately adjacent to and touches and is contiguous to the boundaries of the City of Redwood City; and
