<br />'J <br /> <br />'I <br /> <br />f <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />(2) That on June 9th, 1969, this Council did adopt its <br /> <br />resolution No. 6006, entitled "Resolution of the Council of the <br /> <br />city of Redwood City Giving Notice of, and Declaring its Intention <br /> <br />to, Initiate, Pursuant to Petition, Proceedings to Annex to said <br /> <br />city Certain Uninhabited Territory: Describing Said Territory and <br /> <br />Designating it by the Name IEdgewood Road Annexation No. 21: <br /> <br />Making Certain Findings Respecting Said Proceedings: and Giving <br /> <br />Notice of the Time and Place Said Council will Hear Protests to <br /> <br />Said Annexation,~ wherein it gave notice of said proposed annexation, <br /> <br />described said territory and designated it by the above mentioned <br /> <br />name, made certain findings respecting said proposal and gave <br /> <br />notice of the time and place this Council would hear protests <br /> <br />thereto: and <br /> <br />(3) That less than twelve (12) registered voters resided within <br /> <br />said territory at the time the above mentioned resolution was adopted <br /> <br />by this Council, and'that said territory is therefore uninhabited: and <br /> <br />(4) That the City Clerk has caused a ~opy of said Resolution <br /> <br />No~ 6006 to be published in the manner and within the time required <br /> <br />by law, and has also caused written notice of su~h proposed annexation <br /> <br />to be mailed to all persons or bodies to whom such notice is required <br /> <br />by law to be given: all in the manner and time required by la~: and <br />(5) That this Council did in said Resolution No. 6006, set <br /> <br />and designate July 21, 1969, at the hour of 7:30 p.m., in the Board <br /> <br />of Supervisors' Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Eedwood City, <br /> <br />San Mateo~County, California, as the day, hour and place when and <br /> <br />where said Council would hear protests against said annexation: and <br /> <br />(6) That none of the territory within the boundaries of <br /> <br />the territory proposed to be annexed is owned by a junior college <br /> <br />district: and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 35313 of the Government Code of <br /> <br />the State of California, the Council.finds that the value of the <br /> <br />-2- <br />
