", <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES: 1m: 7/3/69 <br /> <br />..~" <br /> <br />OR1GI NAL <br /> <br />.'l-m <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />~o3o <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF MARINA <br />PARK SUBDIVISION WITHIN GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br />NO. 1-64, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN <br />CONDITIONS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map of Marina Park Subdivision within <br /> <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64 in the city of Redwood City, <br /> <br />prepared by Lawrence G. Brian and Company for Leslie Properties, <br /> <br />Inc., owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore approved <br /> <br />by the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City on July 1, <br /> <br />1969, is hereby approved, and all offers of land for public use <br /> <br />therein made on said map are hereby accepted subject to the <br /> <br />following conditions: Prior to the delivery of said map to the <br /> <br />owner of said subdivision and prior to its recordation, the owner or <br /> <br />subdivider shall: <br /> <br />(a) Deposit with the City ~reasurer the sum of $30,000 as <br />deposit on payment of the costs of construction of <br />certain "interim" drainage channel improvements to be <br />constructed by the City within the easement designated <br />"Drainage Easement (Construction and Maintenance) "on the <br />final map, together with statement agreeing to pay <br />upon demand by City, such additional costs~of the <br />construction, as shall be determined by the actual <br />cost thereof (it being understood that, in the event <br />such actual costs are less than the amount so deposited, <br />the city shall refund to the subdivider the balance <br />remaining after payment of such costs); the "interim" <br />improvements to be constructed shall be accomplished <br />in accordance with plans and specifications prepared <br />and/or approved by the City of Redwood City: <br /> <br />(b) Guarantee to pay, upon demand, to the City of Redwood <br />City the actual costs of maintenance of the drainage <br />easement refe~red to in paragraph (a) hereof for the <br />period commencing upon recordation of the subject final <br />map to and including the receipt of proceeds from the <br />sale of the series of Redwood City General Improvement <br />No. 1-64, 1964 General Obligation Bonds to be issued <br />and sold by Redwood City General Improvement District <br />No. 1-64 next succeeding the sale of those certain bonds <br />designated Redwood City General Imp~ovement District <br />No. 1-64, 1964 Bonds, Series D; <br /> <br />(c) Execute and deliver to the City of Redwood City that <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Relinquishment <br />of Access Rights (Marina Park No.1, Redwood Shores <br />Subdivision)," providing for certain limitations of <br />access to public streets and rights of way, a copy of <br />
