<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />which is on file in the office of the city Clerk to which <br />( reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof~ <br />said agreement is hereby approved and the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City~ <br /> <br />(d) Deposit with city's City Manager evidence of provision <br />by said owner for the relocation of the roadway <br />presently located across the easement designated <br />"Drainage Easement (Construction and Maintenance)" on <br />said map, together with evidence of provision by said <br />owner to relocate utility lines presently within said <br />roadway to coincide with the work to be performed by <br />the city and described in paragraph (a) above, and to <br />be completed by a date acceptable to City: <br /> <br />(e) Deposit with the City of Redwood City certain convey- <br />ances relating to those parcels designated Lot 7, Block <br />A~ Lots 7 and 8, Block B: Lot 1, Block C: and Lot 2, Block <br />D, on said map, and conveyances for certain easements <br />over and across portions of Lot 6, Block A: Lots 1, 4, 5, <br />and 6, Block B~ and Lot 1, Block D, of said map, and <br />a conveyance of the above mentioned drainage easement, <br />all in form and substance to be approved by the City. <br />Said conveyances shall be recorded after recordation <br />of the final map. <br /> <br />2.
