RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT RELATING TO ~ffiRLIN SUBDIVISION NO. 3 WITHIN GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 1-64, RED\iOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS WHEREAS, application has been made pursuant to Article 46 of Ordinance No. 1130, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Redwood City, for a Planned Development Permit (designated PD69-02 by the Planning Department) relating to real property situate on Redwood Peninsula, the property fronting on Marli~ Court, Marlin Dr., and Interior Waterway System; Marlin Subdivision No.3, being a resubdivision of Lots 25, 27, 63 and 64, Block B, Marlin Subdivision No.1 within General Improvement District 1-64, Redwood City, California, as shown upon the map attached hereto, marked II Exhibi t' A, II and incorporated herein by this reference; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 46.4 of the above mentioned Zoning Ordinance, the Planning Commission has reviewed the application and has forwarded it and pertinent data to this Council, together with its recommendation that this Council conditionally approve the application as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the application and the. recommendation of the Planning Comm~ssion artd desires to approve conditionally said application; NO"'l, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLO\\TS: That certain application by Stanley C. Swartz Co., for a Planned Development Permit designated PD69-02. by the Planning Department of the City of Redwood City, and on file in the offices of said Department, is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: (1) That the subject permit shalt apply throughout the Planned Development area regardless of future changes of ownership.
