<br />be received by the Council (the "Council") of the City of
<br />Redwood City (the "City"), San Mateo County, California, at
<br />the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Redwood City,

<br />WEDNESDAY, JULY 16, 1969

<br />at the hour of 2:00 P.M. for the purchase of $360,000 prin-
<br />cipal amount of bonds of Redwood City General Improvement
<br />District No. 1-64 (the "District") designated "Redwood City
<br />General Improvement District No. 1-64 1964 Reclamation Bonds,
<br />Series D" (the "Reclamation Bonds") and $2,340,000 principal
<br />amount of bonds of the District Designated "Redwood City
<br />General Improvement District No. 1-64 1964 Facilities Bonds,
<br />Series D" (the "Facilities Bonds," and to~ether with the
<br />Reclamation Bonds, the "bonds"), more particularly described
<br />below.

<br />The Reclamation Bonds are part of an issue of
<br />$70,168,000 principal amount authorized at an election held
<br />in the District on June 16, 1964, of which the followin~
<br />series have heretofore been issued and the following amounts
<br />are now outstandin~:
