<br />~ . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />fying to all facts within their knowledge relative to any liti- <br />gation which mayor might affect said District, said officers or <br />the Series D Bonds, and said City Treasurer is further author- <br />ized and directed to make, execute and deliver to each pur- <br />chaser of the Series D Bonds a receipt in the form customarily <br />required,by purchasers of municipal bonds, evidencing the pay- <br />ment of the purchase price of the Series D Bonds so purchased, <br />which receipt shall be conclusive evidence that said purchase <br />price has been paid and has been received by said City. Any <br />purchaser or subsequent taker or holder of any of the Series D <br />Bonds is hereby authorized to rely upon and shall be justified <br />in relying upon such signature and no-litigation certificate <br />and upon such receipt with respect to the Series D Bonds execu- <br />ted pursuant to the authority of this resolution. <br />Section 8. The Series D Bonds shall be offered for <br />public sale by the Council on July 16, 1969, along with <br />$2,340,000 principal amount of Redwood City General Improvement <br />District No. 1-64 1964 Facilities Bonds, Series D, and the <br />City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice <br />of the sale of said series of bonds to be published once in <br />the REDWOOD CITY TRIBUNE, a newspaper published in the City, <br />and such notice shall be substantially in the followin~ form: <br /> <br />10 <br />
