There shall be deposited in the Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 1964 Reclamation Bond Principal and Interest Fund created by the Resolution (a) any moneys received on account of any premium paid on the Series D Bonds and (b) a sum representing interest on the Series D Bonds from their date to July 1, 1970 (including therein interest accrued on the Series D Bonds from their date to the date of delivery and actual payment of the purchase price thereof) . Section 6. All proceeds of the sale of the Series D Bonds (after deducting any sums from the proceeds of sale of any of the Series D Bonds required to be deposited in the fund referred to in Section 5 hereof) shall be placed by the City Treasurer to the credit of the 1964 Reclamation Fund created by the Resolution. Section 7. The City Clerk is directed to cause a sufficient number of blank Series D Bonds and coupons of suitable quality to be printed and to cause the blank spaces thereof to be filled in to comply with the provisions hereof, and to procure their execution by the proper officers, and to deliver them, when so executed, to the City Treasurer of said City who shall safely keep the same until they shall be sold, whereupon he shall deliver them to the purchaser or purchasers thereof, on receipt of the purchase price. Said Mayor and City Clerk are further authorized and directed to make, exe- cute and deliver to each purchaser of the Series D Bonds a signature and no-litigation certificate in the form customarily required by purchasers of municipal bonds, certifying to the genuineness and due execution of said bonds and further certi- 9
