The regis- <br /> <br />tration of this bond as to principal shall not restrain the <br /> <br />ne~otiability of the coupons by delivery, but the coupons may <br /> <br />be surrendered and the interest made payable only to the regis- <br /> <br />tered holder, in which event the Paying A~ent shall note in the <br /> <br />registration blank below that the bond is registered as to in- <br /> <br />terest, as well as principal. At the request of the registered <br /> <br />holder, this bond, if converted into a bond registered as to <br /> <br />both principal and interest, may be reconverted into a coupon <br /> <br />bond at the expense of the holder and such coupon bond may again <br />be converted into a bond registered as to both principal and in- <br /> <br />terest as hereinabove provided.
