The territory proposed to be annexed to the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City and hereinafter described is hereby designated <br /> <br /> <br />"EDGEWOOD ~~XATION NO.2." <br /> <br />5. The above said territory proposed to be annexed to the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City is hereby described as all. that territory <br /> <br /> <br />situate in the County of San Hateo, State of California, bounded <br /> <br />a.nd more fully described as follows: <br /> <br />A parcel of land to be annexed to the City of Redwood City, comprising <br /> <br />a portion of Lots 18 and 19 as said lots are designated on that certain map <br /> <br />entitled "Hap of Johnson Subdivision," filed October 4, 1909, in Book 7 of <br /> <br />Maps, at Page 2, in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California; <br /> <br />said parcel also comprising Lots 1 and 2, as said lots are designated on that <br /> <br />certain map entitled "Tract No. 549 - Pinecrest Manor, San Mateo County, Calif., <br /> <br />filed riay 23, 1946, in Book 25 of Maps, at Page 55, in the office of the <br /> <br />Recorder of San Mateo County, California, being more particularly described <br /> <br />as follmvs: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a point in the southeasterly line of Edgewood Road (forrnerly <br /> <br />\fuipple Road), 60.00 feet in width, said point also being the most northerly <br /> <br />corner of said Lot 2; THENCE southeasterly along the northeasterly line of <br /> <br />said Lot 2, South 440 47' 4411 East, a distance of 145 feet, to the most easterly <br /> <br />corner of said Lot 2; THENCE, southwesterly along the rear line of said Lots 1 <br /> <br />and 2, South 420 48' '~est, a distance of 143.61 feet, to the most southerly <br /> <br />corner of said Lot 1, said corner also being a point in the northeasterly line <br /> <br />of the lands of De Zordo, as described in Deed File No. 82l96-U, recorded <br /> <br />in Vol~me 4229, at Page 696, Official Records of San Mateo County, California; <br /> <br />THENCE, southeasterly along the said northeasterly line of the lands of De Zordo, <br /> <br />said northeasterly line also being the southwesterly line of said lITract No. 549 - <br /> <br />Pinecrest Manari', South 440 50' 38" East (South 440 55' East by deed), a dis- <br /> <br />tance of 179.75 feet to the most easterly corner of said lands of De Zordo; <br /> <br />THENCE southwesterly along the rear line of said lands of De Zordo, South 420 <br /> <br />48' West, a distance of 170.12 feet to the most southerly corner of said lands <br /> <br />-3- <br />
