Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />for the above mentioned work, other than the bid mentioned in <br /> <br /> <br />paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Any informality in the above mentioned bid of Fisk, Firenze <br /> <br /> <br />& McLean, Inc., is hereby waived. <br /> <br /> <br />4. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />that certain agreement entitled "Agreement" between the city <br /> <br /> <br />of Redwood City and Fisk, Firenze & McLean, Inc., for the <br /> <br /> <br />performance of said work in accordance with the above mentioned <br /> <br /> <br />plans and specifications and in accordance with the above <br /> <br /> <br />mentioned proposal, a copy of which agreement is presently on <br /> <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> <br /> <br />is hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and <br /> <br /> <br />conditions thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br /> <br /> <br />upon execution by it of the contract for the performance of said <br /> <br /> <br />work, all security guaranteeing execution of the contract award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
