SWARTZ COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to section 30.6 of the Code of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, the Planning Commission has recommended approval <br /> <br />of the application of the owner of the below described real property <br /> <br />for exceptions to the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, which exceptions are hereinafter set forth; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the aforesaid exceptions are for use in connection <br /> <br />with the said owner's application for a planned development permit <br /> <br />in said real property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the aforesaid exceptions relate entirely to the <br /> <br />development of 88 lots of the proposed subdivisionJof"~said. real <br /> <br />property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property for which application to subdivide is <br /> <br />made is all that certain real property situate in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Redwood Peninsula, property fronting on Marlin <br />Court, Marlin Drive, and the interior waterway <br />system, being a resubdivision of Lots 25, 27, <br />63, and 64, Block B, Marlin subdivision No.1; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />; WHEREAS , the Planning Commission has found and reported to <br /> <br />this Council that exceptional circumstances and conditions exist <br /> <br />which affect said property; that the exceptions applied for are <br /> <br />necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of substantial property <br /> <br />rights of petitioner; that the granting of said exceptions will <br /> <br />not be detrimental to the public welfare or be injurious to other <br /> <br />property in the neighborhood; <br />
