<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the terms of Chapter 30 of the Code of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, exceptions are hereby authorized <br /> <br />for the above described real property relating to 88 lots <br /> <br />of the proposed subdivision thereof, as follows: <br /> <br />(a) That lot widths and street frontages have' less than <br />5D feet, as shown on the map. <br /> <br />(b) That lot areas have less than 6,000 square feet, <br />as shown on the map. <br /> <br />(c) That cul de sacs have lengths of over 250 feet, <br />as shown on the map. <br /> <br />2. The exceptions granted in paragraph 1 hereof are <br /> <br />subject to the conditions that all requirements and conditions <br /> <br />of the approved tentative map for the subdivision of Marlin <br /> <br />Subdivision No. 3 are met, and that such exceptions shall <br /> <br />be used in conjunction with the planned development permit <br /> <br />duly issued. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
