<br />said real property and easements being more particularly des-

<br />cribed as follows:

<br />Parcel A
<br />
<br />A perpetual easement and right of way for street purposes
<br />and for public utility purposes, including the right to
<br />excavate, install, replace (of the initial or any bther
<br />size), maintain, repair and use such street and utility
<br />facilities, together with appurtenances thereto, as the
<br />City of Redwood City shall from time to time elect,
<br />within the real property situate in the City of' Redwood
<br />City, County of San Mateo, State of California, more
<br />particularly described as follows:

<br />A parcel of land, 50.00 feet in depth, lying northeast-
<br />erly of and adjacent to the Alameda de las pulgas, being
<br />more particular described as follows:

<br />BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of Lot 37, Block I,
<br />Sterling Highlands No.3, as said lot and block are
<br />shown on the IIHap of sterling Highlands No.3," recorded
<br />on September 25, 1951, in Volume 33, page 41, in the
<br />office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California;
<br />THENCE, South 480 341 20" East, a distance of 149.07
<br />feet, more or less (calc.), to the southeasterly line
<br />of the lands of P~~l L. and Florence J. Johnson, as
<br />shown in Deed #96842-J, Volume 2223, page 562, recorded
<br />on April I, 1952, in the office of the Recorder of San
<br />Mateo County, California; THENCE, South 320 03' 54"
<br />West, a distance of 50.67 feet to the common Corporate
<br />Limits Line of the Town of Woodside and the City of
<br />Redwood City; said common Corporate Limit Line also
<br />being the northeasterly line of Alameda de las pulgas,
<br />30.00 feet in width; THENCE, along said common Corporate
<br />Limit Line North 480 34' 2011 West, a distance of-93.44
<br />feet; THENCE, North 120 30' 0011 West, a distance of
<br />63.38 feet; THENCE, North 30 30' 0011 West, a distance
<br />of 17.91 feet to the POINT OF BEGI~mING.

<br />
<br />A perpetual right, privilege, easement and right of
<br />\'lay for storm drainage purposes, including the right
<br />to excavate, construct, maintain, repair, improve,
<br />and use such storm drainage facilities, ditches, pipes,
<br />conduits, channels, banks and streams, and other public
<br />utilities, together with protective fences and such
<br />other appurtenances thereto, as the city of Redwood
<br />City shall from time to time elect within any part or
<br />all of that certain real property situate in the City
<br />of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state of California,
